Why people build careers here.

Not perks on a poster. The things that actually shape a career in this building.

A ladder you can see

Loan officer, team leader, division leader. Every rung is filled by someone who climbed it here, and the people above you were in your seat a few years ago.

Learn from people who do the work

Team leaders and division leaders are licensed originators who still work files. The founders are in the office, not on a different floor.

A national book from one desk

We are licensed in 39 states. A loan officer here is not limited to one metro area, and a processor sees every kind of file there is.

A name clients already trust

Thousands of five-star reviews mean you start conversations with credibility you did not have to earn alone. Referrals follow.

A process that lets you close

A dedicated processing division prepares files properly the first time. Streamline refinances need less paperwork and usually no appraisal, which means your pipeline actually turns.

One office, one team

Everyone works from our Troy headquarters. Questions get answered by walking over, wins get noticed, and new people are never left on their own.

Teams we hire for.

Three tracks, each with its own leaders and its own path up.

01

Loan officers

You own the client relationship from first call to closing: purchase, refinance and cash-out across FHA, VA, conventional and jumbo. You work inside a sales team under a team leader, and the top of the ladder is running a division. Loan officers hold or obtain an NMLS license; ask about the path in your first conversation.

02

Loan processing

Processors turn a signed application into a file underwriting can approve, and keep it moving on the days that decide whether a closing happens on time. The division runs under a VP with division leaders and team leaders, so there is a clear route from your first file to leading a team.

03

Operations and support

Everything that keeps 800+ people and a national license footprint running: appraisals, transfers, compliance support, client care and the systems behind them. Good operators here become the people the whole floor relies on.

How hiring works here.

Four steps, real people at every one of them.

1

Apply on Indeed

Pick the role that fits and apply. Your application goes to the team doing the hiring, not to a screening service.

2

Intro call

A short conversation about what you have done, what you want next, and what the role is really like day to day.

3

Meet the team leader

You meet the person you would report to, in the office, and see the floor you would be working on.

4

Offer and start date

A clear offer, a start date, and for loan officers a plan for your licensing. Then you join a team, not a queue.

Questions candidates ask.

The things people want to know before they apply.

Do I need a mortgage license to apply?

Loan officers must hold or obtain an NMLS license before originating loans. Processing, operations and support roles do not require one. If you are interested in sales but not yet licensed, apply anyway and raise it on the intro call.

Is the work remote or in the office?

The team works from our headquarters at 880 W. Long Lake Road in Troy, Michigan. That is a deliberate choice: new people learn faster next to the people who already know the job.

What does the interview process look like?

Apply on Indeed, then an intro call, then a meeting with the team leader you would report to, then an offer. We keep it to those four steps and try not to let weeks pass between them.

How do I follow up on an application?

Reply through Indeed and it reaches the hiring team directly. If you have already spoken to someone here, email or call them by name.
